1. Use of this site and the facilities available herein is governed by Philippine law, by these Terms of Use, by specific agreement between eMINDANAO GROUP and the user, and to the extent applicable, by principles of international law and the generally accepted practices and convention in the information and communication technology industry.

The user shall be solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of the user log-on ID and password that eMINDANAO GROUP may issue to him in connection with his use of this site. eMINDANAO GROUP shall not in any way be liable for any damage that may ensue to the user or third parties due to unauthorized use of the user's log-on ID and password. The user agrees to immediately notify eMINDANAO GROUP of any known or suspected unauthorized access to or use of his log-on ID and password, and of any other breach of security or misuse of this site known to or suspected by the user. The user further acknowledges and agrees that user IDs which have been inactive for three (3) months shall be deactivated by eMINDANAO GROUP, subject to prior notice.
  3. Any transaction effected within this site shall be governed by the agreement of the parties to said transaction. Other than in the case of transactions with eMINDANAO GROUP itself, eMINDANAO GROUP is not a party to any such agreement, and as such shall not be liable, under any circumstance, for any loss, cost or damage arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any of the parties concerned.

  5. The sellers in this site collect personal information. By submitting such information to a seller, the user is presumed to have consented to such seller's disclosure of such information. The user agrees that eMINDANAO GROUP may collect and record such information. The user further agrees that eMINDANAO GROUP may disclose such information, including related records and communications, as may be required for purposes of complying with legal procedures or government directives.
  6. While eMINDANAO GROUP makes no warranties as to the accuracy, veracity, completeness and recentness of any information provided in this site, however, eMINDANAO GROUP shall exert every effort to keep such information accurate, complete and updated.
  7. The user shall be solely responsible for backing up any of his data or records residing in the eMINDANAO GROUP servers. The user acknowledges that eMINDANAO GROUP specifically disclaims any liability for any damage that may arise out of, or in connection with, the user's access to or use of this site and its facilities.

Other than information in the public domain, all information contained in this site is protected under the copyright law of the Philippines, and as such, any act of using, copying, reproduction, or republication of said information without prior written consent and authority of the copyright owners, is strictly prohibited.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold eMINDANAO GROUP harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from the user's violation of or any third-party's rights in connection with the user's use of this site.
  10. The user agrees that any action that may arise from his use of this site and its facilities shall be resolved in the competent courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
